We believe in complete transparency about how and when your order will arrive.
All Wallvane products are sourced directly from our manufacturing partners and shipped to you from our fulfillment centers in Asia. This direct-from-manufacturer model is how we are able to offer premium-quality panels at competitive prices. We are fully transparent that this means longer shipping windows than domestic retailers.
Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking: Every order includes full end-to-end tracking. We use a combination of carrier tracking systems and our own logistics portal. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.
Important: International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes (including VAT) upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are entirely outside our control.
Wallvane is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict the amount of these charges, as they vary significantly by country, product category, and declared value.
We recommend checking your country's import regulations and duty rates before placing an order. Refusing a shipment due to customs fees will result in the order being abandoned and no refund being issued.
We accept returns of unused, unopened packs within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.
To initiate a return: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-returnable items: Opened packs, custom-ordered items, and items purchased on final sale are not eligible for return.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please follow these steps:
Claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery may not be eligible for a free replacement. We take damaged deliveries seriously and will always work to make it right.
